IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes, each order has a minimum of $500USD, with free shipping offered on orders over $1,000USD.
WHAT SIZES DOES THE RANGE OFFER?
Jamie Kay offers a clothing & swimwear range for babies and kids that spans the 3-6 month - 10 year age groups.
WHEN CAN I ORDER?
Jamie Kay offers collections that are in stock year round, in addition to exclusive ‘ready-to-ship’ collections offered twice per year, and seasonal ‘pre-order’ (indent) twice per year, with orders taken in March (Summer stock) and September (Winter stock).
WHEN WILL I GET MY STOCK?
You will receive your summer stock in August/September/October, and winter stock in February/March/April in monthly drops. Orders placed from the in-stock product line are processed and shipped from NZ within 48 hrs.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?
Payment is expected before monthly delivery of goods for ‘pre-order’ (indent) orders, and at the time of placing your order for in-stock items.
